The fashion of commercial organization is moving towards digital based technology. Mobiles have more simplified the task of interpreting large amounts of data and they can be indispensable aids in Human Resource Management, from recruitment to retirement processes. With help of mobile applications, organizations can keep data and information more desirable as well as access them with easily. Mobile Human Resource Management (M-HRM) is the relatively new trends for this digitally adopted HRM, especially through use of mobile technology. This paper will discuss the importance of M-HRM for the organizations. If the commercial organizations have to be successful in the challenging and competitive business world then they have to adopt new technologies like M-HRM and it is an innovative and creative technology in managing human resources. This paper shows that M-HRM has so much objectives as well as it has large scope and challenges to employers and employees to do their work effectively. |
